Work With Us

At Accept Ability Always, we are a small NDIS registered provider doing behaviour support differently.

We specialise in person-centred, neuroaffirming behaviour support and clinical services.

We care deeply about the people we support and the people we work with.

We're not a big organisation. We're a close, experienced team that values relationships, thoughtful practice, and doing work we can stand behind.

Our Current Roles

We are looking for behaviour support practitioners to join our team.

This role can be part-time or full-time, and we welcome practitioners who are already registered with the NDIS Commission.

Whether you are a core or proficient practitioner, we will meet you where you are at, and support you to grow.

We believe you do your best work when you feel supported, respected, and trusted.

Our values are simple:
  • Compassion: for the people we support and for each other

  • Integrity: in how we practice and make decisions

  • Accountability: to people, families, and the work we do.

We're open to feedback and genuinely want to create a workplace that is flexible, responsive, and realistic - so you can bring your best self to the role.

How We Work As A Team

You'll be joining a small, experienced group of practitioners who value:

  • Working together and sharing ideas

  • Time to reflect and think things through

  • Improving how we do things - our processes, documentation, and clinical practice

  • A can-do attitude that is realistic and grounded in ethics.

We want people to enjoy this work, not burn out from it.

Finding meaning, connection, and growth in the role really matters to us.

What We Offer

  • Flexible part-time or full-time options

  • A tailored caseload that fits your experience and interests

  • Regular 1:1 and group supervision

  • Regular team meetings and reflective practice opportunities

  • Strong clinical support within a small, collaborative team

  • Ongoing professional development opportunities

  • Support to work confidently within NDIS Commission requirements

  • Systems that help you meet timeframes without rushing or cutting corners

  • A work environment that prioritises quality over quantity
