Meet Our Team
Clinical Director

Do you have any special interest areas in your work?
I have a deep interest and specialty experience in autism, neurodiversity, supported decision-making, complex mental health, sexualised behaviours, complex communication support needs, and sensory processing and regulation. I work with children, adults, families, and providers to understand behaviour through a brain-body lens.
What brings you joy in your work?
I love getting to truly know someone and listening to what they have to say (speaking or non-speaking). I love seeing them realise they have a ‘voice’ and the right to use it. It brings me joy to build plans together that reflect their hopes, preferences, and ideas.
If you could have any superpower, what would it be?
Teleportation! I want to blink and reappear wherever I need (or want) to be. Let’s call it ‘Blink’! I’m thinking of Tuscany Italy right now!
Christine
Senior Behaviour Support Practitioner, Senior Occupational Therapist

Do you have any special interest areas in your work?
I enjoy working with people of all ages, and their families and supporters. I'm passionate about trauma-informed care, neuroaffirming practice, mental health, sensory processing and integration, forensic work, protective behaviours, and meaningful daily activities - especially play!
What brings you joy in your work?
It brings me joy to see people discover their strengths, build confidence, and achieve goals they once thought impossible. I especially love when systems come together to support the person’s voice and choices.
If you could have any superpower, what would it be?
I’d love to speak with animals, it’d open up a whole new world of connection and support. Plus, I’d finally know what my pets are thinking!
Brianna
Behaviour Support Practitioner, Occupational Therapist

Do you have any special interest areas in your work?
I enjoy supporting people of all ages, especially people going through life transitions (such as starting a new job or school). I have a strong interest in supporting autistic people with co-occurring needs, especially around emotional regulation, OCD, sensory processing, and life transitions. I work closely with families and systems to build understanding.
What brings you joy in your work?
I find joy in helping people and their supporters recognise strengths, understand needs, and celebrate goals that once felt out of reach. I love seeing systems shift to truly centre the person’s voice and what matters to them, and to become champions for that person’s voice.
If you could have any superpower, what would it be?
I’d love to experience the world through someone else’s eyes (and let others do the same) even just for a moment. I think it would deepen our understanding of how people feel, think, and connect.
Rania
Behaviour Support Practitioner

Do you have any special interest areas in your work?
I enjoy working with people of all ages. I have a passion for supporting neurodivergent individuals, including those with complex mental health, sensory, or communication needs. I specialise in supporting teens and adults with PDA profiles, and the people around them, through a neuroaffirming, trauma-informed, low-demand, and relationship-based approach.
What brings you joy in your work?
I love working with people to learn about them and help them understand themselves. I'm passionate about upholding rights and building self-advocacy skills so people feel empowered to get their needs met. It’s rewarding to support teams to listen deeply and use supported decision-making approaches that uphold rights and values.
If you could have any superpower, what would it be?
I’d love to have elemental powers like the Avatar. I think it would be so cool to fly through the air, bend water, or move rocks with my mind.
Sessina
Behaviour Support Practitioner

Do you have any special interest areas in your work?
I enjoy working with people from a wide range of backgrounds and unique life experiences. I am interested in neurodiversity and mental health, and I am passionate about creating spaces where people feel heard, respected, and supported to make their own choices.
What brings you joy in your work?
What I enjoy most is building genuine relationships and walking alongside people as they work toward what matters most to them. I value the opportunity to understand someone’s experience. Being part of meaningful change, especially when it comes from the person themselves, is very rewarding.
If you could have any superpower, what would it be?
The ability to fly. It would be amazing to get a bird’s-eye view of the world and see things from a new perspective. Not having to deal with traffic or timetables is also a bonus!
